全封閉結(jié)構(gòu)，雙筒機型，米機斗，破碎低，運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、操作方便等特點，適用于垂直提升流動性較好的物料。

采用輕質(zhì)高強度畚斗，畚斗與皮帶之間設(shè)有橡膠墊塊，墊塊厚度大于物料厚度，可以有效杜絕夾碎顆粒物料，同時提升機底部設(shè)有抽拉式抽屜，方便清理殘留物料。

張緊裝置是螺桿式，通過轉(zhuǎn)動螺母便可使底輪上下移動，從而調(diào)整提升帶張緊及跑偏現(xiàn)象。

在1.2米位置設(shè)有透明觀察孔。

整體具備密封性，不漏料，不逸塵。

At the same time, pull-out drawer is set at the bottom of the elevator to facilitate the cleaning of residual materials.

The tensioning device is screw type. By turning the nut, the bottom wheel can move up and down, so as to adjust the tension and deviation of the lifting belt.

Transparent observation hole is set at 1.2m.

The whole is airtight, without leakage of materials and dust.
